With over 30 years of legal experience, Rose offers a compassionate, respectful, and solutions-oriented approach to mediation. Her extensive background as litigation counsel across employment, personal injury, insurance, and commercial disputes has shaped her understanding of the mediation process and its potential to resolve even the most complex issues.
Rose has been deeply involved in mediations throughout her career, an experience that highlighted for her the pivotal role mediators play in guiding productive and meaningful resolutions. She now maintains an active and thriving mediation practice, known for her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and her practical, calm approach to conflict resolution. She was an early adopter of virtual mediation and is highly experienced with the technology and process.
In addition to her mediation work, Rose has represented clients in a wide range of insurance law matters, including social host liability, property damage, occupiers’ liability, and professional liability. Her broad legal practice and reputation in the legal community have made her a sought-after neutral for both mediations and arbitrations.
