About The Resolution Network

These are the most common general questions we receive about who we are and how our services work.

The Resolution Network helps counsel find skilled and available mediators and arbitrators, schedules mediations and arbitrations, exchanges pleadings, documents, mediation briefs and offers administrative services which significantly reduce the administrative burden. This makes the process much easier for counsel and will save time and legal fees for the counsel’s clients.

We are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and our mediators and arbitrators are located in Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, Victoria, Nanaimo, Kelowna, Penticton and Kamloops.

Booking a mediation or arbitration with The Resolution Network is simple and fast. Simply search our database for a mediator or arbitrator and book a mediation or arbitration through our easy to use booking system.

During the booking process, counsel can indicate whether you need to reserve a meeting room or if the meeting will take place online. Once your mediation or arbitration is confirmed, both parties will gain secure access to our document management system to sign the mediation or arbitration agreement and upload relevant pleadings, documents and mediation briefs. After the mediation or arbitration concludes, our team will assist in delivering the mediator’s or arbitrator’s invoice to counsel.

Simplifying these formalities allows all parties to focus on what truly matters—resolving disputes effectively and efficiently. It creates a smoother experience, fostering trust and confidence in the process while ensuring that everything is handled with professionalism.

The Resolution Network is compensated by the mediators and arbitrators who are members of our network. They pay us a fee for the mediations and/or arbitrations that we book and manage through the network.

Our Services

Finally, these are the questions we are often asked specifically about our services. If you don’t see the answer you need, contact us at any time.

We offer the means of finding the mediator or arbitrator you want, scheduling the mediations and arbitrations, management and exchange of pleadings, documents, mediation briefs and invoicing for the mediators and arbitrators.

While TRN services are available online, allowing us to support lawyers and legal assistants anywhere, our Mediators and Arbitrators are located in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Kelowna, Penticton, Kamloops, Victoria and Nanaimo, British Columbia.

We have partnered with the leading Court Reporting firm, Veritext, to offer counsel and their clients premium meeting spaces for mediations and arbitrations. Clients benefit from preferred booking rates through The Resolution Network and complimentary breakfast on the first day of mediation or arbitration for all parties involved. We connect counsel to Veritex and leave the scheduling and payment arrangement to counsel directly with Veritex.

The Resolution Network services are free for counsel during the first year of our operations. The counsel (and through them, their clients) will be responsible for the fees that will be charged by the mediators or arbitrators.
