As a seasoned litigator, Trudy has guided clients through high-stakes disputes involving separation, divorce, child custody, asset division, and estate conflicts. Over the past 30+ years, she has gradually transitioned her practice to focus on Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), where her efforts lie in helping parties reach durable, consensual agreements without prolonged litigation.
She is known for her practical, empathetic approach to mediation and arbitration, particularly in high-conflict parenting cases and high-net-worth financial settlements. Trudy has received a 99% settlement rate in mediation and regularly handles multi-party negotiations, trials, and appeals when needed.
