As a senior member of the bar and principal at Pihl Law Corporation, David has transitioned from an extensive litigation practice into a focused career in alternative dispute resolution. His balanced perspective, drawn from years of acting as both plaintiff and defense counsel, brings unique insight and credibility to his neutral role.
Throughout his career, David has handled a wide range of civil matters, including high-stakes personal injury, insurance, and commercial disputes. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and is known for his strategic thinking and calm, fair-minded approach.
In recent years, David has dedicated the majority of his professional time to mediation, helping parties reach timely and practical resolutions.
