Andrea’s approach to dispute resolution is ambitious, versatile, and client-focused. While she has twice successfully represented cases before the Supreme Court of Canada and thrives on the demands of a trial, she understands that not all conflicts belong in the courtroom. In line with this philosophy, Andrea earned a Mediation Certificate from UCLA and Harvard Law, equipping her with specialized skills to navigate complex negotiations. This training enables her to guide opposing parties toward resolutions that align with our clients’ best interests, often avoiding unnecessary litigation.
